Information We Collect

When you contact Wild Iris Tattoo or make a flash-day booking, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, selected design, booking details, and payment-confirmation information. Card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Wild Iris Tattoo.

How We Use Information

We use booking information to process deposits, manage appointments and flash-day queue status, respond to requests, and send transactional booking communications that you request or separately agree to receive.

SMS Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

If you text a studio number that is connected to our staff inbox, authorized studio staff may see your phone number, message, and the number of media attachments so they can review your request. We do not display or store attachment files in that inbox. Stored inbound text records are automatically deleted after 180 days. Texts are not automatically linked to a booking inquiry.

Service Providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate booking, payment, and communication services. They may use information only as needed to provide those services.

Your Choices

You can opt out of automated SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of booking information, contact info@wildiristattoo.com.

Optional Website Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics” in the Analytics settings at the bottom of public pages, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions such as opening Flash Day registration, selecting a design, and reaching the payment review screen. When permitted, we also count a confirmed received inquiry or confirmed paid Flash Day reservation. These reports cover consenting visitors, not everyone who visits. Reaching payment review does not mean a payment was completed. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser and device. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, booking identifiers, or private payment links to Analytics. Staff pages are excluded. Inquiry and private booking-status pages send only the confirmed outcome signal after existing analytics consent, using a fixed public page label; they do not send private page views or form activity. A one-way receipt marker stays locally in this tab (using session storage when available) to help avoid counting retries; neither the receipt identifier nor marker is sent to Google. We do not enable advertising personalization.

You can decline or withdraw permission using the same Analytics settings without affecting bookings or text updates. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
