A paid deposit reserves the selected flash design and a place in the event queue. The deposit is applied to the final tattoo price, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Flash designs, pricing, and placement are subject to artist approval and may be declined if they are unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent with studio policies.
Flash-day deposits are nonrefundable. If you cannot attend, contact Wild Iris Tattoo as soon as possible. At the studio’s discretion and subject to availability, a deposit may be transferred once to another eligible appointment or event. A late arrival, missed queue notice, or no-show may forfeit the reservation and deposit.
Queue times are estimates only and may change based on actual tattoo duration, breaks, and client readiness. Customers must arrive with valid photo identification and meet all applicable age requirements. Wild Iris Tattoo may move to the next available client when a customer is unavailable.
Wild Iris Tattoo may send transactional messages related to a booking, including deposit confirmation, appointment details, flash-day queue updates, return-to-studio notices, and customer-support responses.
By voluntarily selecting the SMS-consent checkbox while providing a mobile number during flash-day booking, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Wild Iris Tattoo about that booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
